Manage Spaces shows no spaces

Themebuilder up to 4.2 RC3 with Confluence 3.4.2 doesn't show any spaces under Manage Spaces, only newly added spaces (this is a clone of our production wiki that was updated to 3.4.2) show up.
Otherwise everything works fine, e.g. I'm able to select layouts through space admin.

You may need to re-index your site:
- Go into Administration > Content Indexing
- In the Search Index section, click the Rebuild button
Wait until the rebuild is complete, and then check again in Manage Spaces.
