Ok Atlassian were the ones that changed how they're laid out, they're now at the bottom of the page next to children (umm ok, i guess it was made from a "let's not scare ppl with too much info at the top" angle). I like how they're pulled up towards the top, but positioning is off... the edit/done button, the x buttons - I can't seem to override spacing on them or even the size for the label h2.
It's annoying, not the end of the world, but going back to a 2.8 feel would be a lot nicer.
