Help with Header Alignment

Okay, I have been working on a WIKI for my company in Themes Builder 3.3.2, Confluence 2.7.1.

I am working on the header section.

I have tried two different sets of WIKI Markup:

{builder-logo}{builder-pagetitle}

OR...

{table:cellpadding=0|cellspacing=0|border=0}
   {tr}
      {td}{builder-logo:global}{td}{td:valign=top}h2. SIS WIKI - {td}{td}h2.  {builder-pagetitle}{td}{tr}{table}

Now, with either of these sets of code, I get this:
My question is, how do I center the text vertically?  I know it can be done because some of the default themes have it centered.

I feel like I have tried just about everything, but also feel like this is a simple answer.

Thanks for any help,

George
