Free, Evaluation or Developer Licenses

(None)

Find out how to get a free plugin license for non-profit, personal, evaluation or developer use...

Evaluation Licenses

If you are running a Confluence evaluation license, install the plugin and it'll run in evaluation mode for as long as your Confluence license is in evaluation mode. You can also evaluate the plugin by installing it on a free Confluence license (see below)...

Free Licenses

You will require a Confluence license of the following type in order for the plugin to run in free or evaluation mode:

Free or evaluation licenses for Confluence should be obtained directly from Atlassian. If they don't give you a free or evaluation Confluence license, you won't get a free plugin license.

If you host your Confluence wiki with Adaptavist, you might be eligible for a free license depending on your hosting band. Find out more.

Note to customers hosting with Atlassian: If you are hosting a non-profit site with Atlassian, it's likely they will have given you a Commercial Confluence license instead of a free community license. Please contact Atlassian directly to ask for the relevant free Confluence license which is required to allow you to run the plugin in free mode.

Developer Licenses

Atlassian now provide free "Developer" licenses for your test, staging or development environments.

If you install the plugin in to a wiki using a Developer license, it will automatically run in free mode.

For more information on plugin licensing, see our Licensing FAQ.
