I installed the Theme Builder and started using the default theme. When you view a page with just a little content (not enough to scroll off the page), the bottom green bar with the "Powered By" info fills in the empty space making a huge green footer. How can I force the body to fill in the available space, making the green footer always a small bar at the very bottom?
Using ATB 4.2.1, Confluence 3.5.3
