Flying Labels

I am currently running Theme Builder (3.3.5-conf210) on Confluence 3.0.1 and I'm experiencing some strange behavior on pages that scroll.

The labels themselves are not actually scrolling with the rest of the page giving the appearance that they are flying down the page as I scroll in IE 6.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any ideas on how to fix it?
