Theme Builder

I am having difficulties with special characters in the Theme Builder editor. After editing and saving a *.wiki file the special characters are displayed correctly. However, if the file is opened and saved again (even without editing) the special characters are messed up.

Does anybody know how to solve that problem? Does the character set have to be configured in the Theme Builder?

1. Edit and Save
2. Validate result 

3. Re-open and save (with or without changes). Special characters are not displayed correctly in the editor.
4. Re-validate the menu. Special characters are not displayed correctly.
