I have the
{builder-comments}
code built into the Footnotes panel of the layout.
As administrator, I can view the comments, but users in the other groups have to add a comment by going thru the menu - Edit > New > Comment and post a comment somewhere before they can view comments on any page.
The confluence-users groups has the following Space Permissions allowed View, Create Comments, and Remove Comments. I have another group as well that has all space permissions except Remove Mail, Export Space, and Space Admin; and they cannot view comments until they add one either.
Not all of our users will post comments, but they all need to be able to see them as soon as they log in.
Any thoughts - I appreciate it!
