Centre aligning documents

Hi,

I'm trying to centre align my layout. Starting from the default layout I go
Options > Page Alignment > Centre
Layout > Document > Position > Align > Horizontal > Centre

But there is still a 2% gap on the right hand side. I can remove it by setting Size > Width from 98% to 100% but I want to set this property to 70%.

I'm running Builder 3.2.1.
