To assist screen readers in viewing the menus, the menu JS can be disabled so that the menu remains in it's original form.
builder-show/hide can now switch based on the 'label' permission.
sidebar collapse/restore code using wrong id's. Fixed the call to the restore code so that it does not prepend the atb- so that the sidebar code can do this itself.
Fixed preferences display for confluence 2.8.
