This version of Theme Builder introduced a visual layout editor and a vast array of other new features including customisable panels, etc.

Recommendations

If using Confluence 2.1.x-2.2.x, use Builder 2.0.3-conf22.

If using Confluence 2.3.x or above, use Builder 2.0.7 or above.
