Add Edit Tools menus displaying over other menus

I am having a problem with the Add, Edit and Tools menu test and icons displaying over my browse and user menu dropdowns which are positioned above.

I am on Confluence 3.4 and Themebuilder 4.2. Anyone know how I might correct this?
