community-members macro

Overview

The community members macro display user who are members of a given community

Usage

{community-members}
{community-members:DS|count=5|group=invites}

Parameters

group members Specify which group of community users should be displayed.
  • members - current members of the community
  • requests - users that have requested to join the community
  • invites - users that have been invited to join the community
  • invite-requests - invitations that have been requested, but not yet approved by a community admin

sort username How should the displayed members be sorted:
  • username - sort by username (v1.3)
  • date - sort by date added (v1.3)
  • update - sort by content update (v1.6.1)

reverse false If this param is set to true the sort order will be reveresd. 1.3
none   The text to show if the space does not have any community members in the specified group 1.1
count no limit The maximum number of users to display 1.1
showAll Show All If not all members are shown (due to the limit set by the "count" parameter), a "Show All..." link will be output. This parameter allows you to customise the text shown on that link, eg. you might want "See All.." or "View all Members", etc. 1.1
forceShowAll false Lets you force the showAll link to be shown even if all members are currently being displayed. 1.1
showControls false Defines whether control icons are shown for members (email, favourite, etc):
  • false - no controls are shown (default)
  • true - show controls

showName true Should the names of users be shown?
  • true - show member names, linked to their personal space/preferences (default)
  • false - don't show user names

Hints and Tips

  • When sorting by content update, only users that have actually edited content within the community space will be displayed.
