Administration

This page lists the actions or functionality in Community Bubbles that requires Confluence Administration access.

Site Watchers — The Site Watchers action allows administrator users to see all users that are recieving the daily email for updates to the entire site.
Backup & Restore — The backup and restore admin option gives you the ability to export just Bubbles data (such as widgets and portals) so they can be transfered to another server.
Community Configuration — Before you can start making communities you need to create one or more Community Types, each consisting of a permission scheme and optional components such as portals and theme settings.
Global CSS — Bubbles provides a quick way for administrators to add their own custom cascading style sheets to Bubbles content without needing to create a custom theme.
Global Community Settings — The Global Community Settings allows Confluence administrators to control settings common to all Confluence Communities.

Widgets — Widgets are re-usable blocks of markup - they can contain simple wiki content, macros, HTML and even Velocity templates.
Portals — Portals allow you to group together a selection of Widgets and easily deploy them throughout your wiki using the {portal} macro.
Email Users — The Email Users admin action allows Confluence Administrators to send broadcast emails to members of Confluence groups.
Community Types — Community Types define what sort of communities can be created in the Confluence instance.
