The {reg-tm} macro makes it easy to add customisable registered trademarks to your content...
Although you can insert a registered trademark symbol directly in to your Wiki Markup Editor, there are some issues to be aware of:
- If you hyperlink a registered trademark, the symbol often gets an underline making it look odd
- It's not possible to globally brand all registered trademarks to use the same text colour, fonts, etc.
The {reg-tm} macro allows you to overcome all these issues:
- The symbol never gets underlined
- Registered trademarks can be branded using style sheets
