Overview
This macro displays an animated "local time" panel for the designated ICQ user. It's useful if you deal with people in different time zones or if you simply want to put a cool looking gadget in to your profile, etc.
Usage
Add the macro to your page as follows:
{icq-time}UIN{icq-time}
Notes
The ICQ UIN is defined in the body of the macro, for example: 12344563
The macro has been configured this way to ensure compatibility with Confluence 1.4.1.
