Looks like my previous post had a problem with my reference to the {table} macro. Hopefully escaping the brackets in this post will "fix" the problem and someone can fix my previous post.
Your previous post had garbled the page a bit - could you repost here (no need to have the braces around the macro name, we'll know what it refers to)...
