Scheduling a Meeting or Teleconference
Please help us respond more quickly and accurately to meeting or teleconference requests by following these guidelines...
Meetings
If you would like to schedule a face-to-face meeting, please be aware that we need at least 2 weeks notice in most cases.
Please create an issue in the General & Sales Enquiries project stating the following information:
- Who will be attending (number of people, names, email and phone)
- The agenda for the meeting
- Where you would like the meeting to take place
- A selection of suggested dates/times for the meeting
Teleconference Calls
The process for scheduling a teleconference call is almost identical to that of a face-to-face meeting, except instead of a physical location we will need to know the phone number and PIN, etc., to use to join the teleconference.
In particular, please take in to account time zones - our staff are based in the UK so our local timezone is that of London. To complicate matters, the UK adds or removes an hour at certain times of year (GMT or BST - British Summer Time, not that we have a summer!). If in doubt, phone us and ask what time it is in the UK
