Contest Terms and Conditions
The Competition (the "Contest") is a competition aimed at encouraging prospective clients to get involved in the development of our company and learn the benefits that our products and services can offer.
The Contest begins at the moment it is announced (the "Announcement") in our Newsroom and ends when a winner is chosen, unless specified otherwise within the Announcement.
All eligible entries will be judged based on the criteria defined in the Announcement, and the prize will be awarded for the best entry.
This Contest is sponsored by Adaptavist.com Ltd, registered in England #5456785 (the "Sponsor").
Eligibility
If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.
This Contest is void where prohibited by applicable law.
Employees of Adaptavist.com Ltd., their direct family members and persons living in the households of said employees are not eligible to enter.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
Submissions
Submissions must be made in accordance with the guidelines provided in the Announcement and by submitting your entry you represent that you have all unrestricted rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, or otherwise infringe upon any person's intellectual property rights.
Entries must be sumbitted as described in the Announcement to be eligible for entry. You may enter as often as you wish.
The Producers do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Judging
All eligible entries will be judged and ranked by the Sponsor in their sole discretion, and the winner will be selected based on the criteria specified within the Announcement.
The judge's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize(s)
The winner will be awarded the Prize(s) as detailed in the Announcement.
All prizes subject to standard terms and conditions goverining such prize, if any.
There will be no cash alternatives.
Winner Notification.
Winners will be notified via email.
The winners name (or organisation name) will be added to the Announcement.
The prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions, and/or liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) and provide any additional information (such as social security number), that may be required for the Sponsors to comply with applicable law. Failure or delay in giving such requested information or approvals may result in disqualification.
Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or the inability to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
License to Publish Submissions
By submitting an entry and entering this Contest you hereby grant the Sponsors a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, worldwide, royalty free right to use, test, translate, publish and distribute your entry in connection with the promotion of Adaptavist.com Ltd. Further, none of the entry materials submitted by you will be treated as confidential, so please do not submit proprietary information.
The Sponsors shall be free to use for any purpose, without the obligation to pay any royalties, any information, ideas, concepts or know-how which may be retained in the memory of the judges or persons who have had access to the entry.
Limitation
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering the Contest.
Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland.
Privacy
We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the Contest which you have entered. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
