Why no email?

We used to use email for most enquiries but found it to be very unreliable. To avoid these issues we're now using an online issue tracker (Atlassian's JIRA product) which has really helped us to manage requests and reduce response timescales.

If you're having problems with the online system, email info@adaptavist.com but please note that we can't properly track requests sent to this email address (eg. support or sales enquiries) and would still require you to use the online system for those enquiries.
