What do Adaptavist do?
Adaptavist specialise in products, plugins and services relating to Atlassian's Confluence Wiki, JIRA Issue Tracker and Crowd Single Sign-on software.
Our main expertise relates to all things Confluence - as a long term Atlassian partner and winner of their Codegeist contest, we've become experts at using and abusing the Confluence wiki – for example, did you realise this website is Confluence?
We have recently started offering various services for Atlassian's JIRA issue tracker and Crowd single sign-on solution, such as hosting, licensing and integration.

Licensing
Adaptavist are a long-term authorised Atlassian Reseller and can provide new licenses, upgrades and maintenance renewals for any of Atlassian's software products.
As a company we tend to focus mostly on Confluence, JIRA and Crowd, but we can easily provide licensing for Bamboo, Clover and Fisheye, etc.
When you purchased product licenses, renewals or upgrades via Adaptavist, you also get Adaptavist's Standard Support included as an added bonus, effectively doubling your support availability for the products.
Hosting
Our fully managed hosting services are somewhat unique - we only host Atlassian products and have become experts in the field.
Unlike other hosting companies, we've got a broad range of skills relating to the products including support and bespoke development - to put it bluntly, we know the products inside and out and can fix most problems in-house rather than having to relay them to Atlassian.

Our hosting service allows you to start off with inexpensive hosting and easily migrate, as and when required, all the way up to your own dedicated servers or over to your own in-house servers. Support Services
We've been using Confluence, JIRA and Crowd since they first became available and now provide a wide range of related products and services to over 2000 organisations worldwide.
With so much experience of the products, customers have asked us to provide support contracts – and we've developed a unique set of Service Level Agreements that ensure you'll have access to the right skills at the times you need them to keep your mission critical applications running smoothly. We use JIRA ourselves to track all of your issues and provide you with the overview information you need about where we are up to in realtime.

Theme Builder plugin
Our Theme Builder plugin allows you to change the way Confluence looks, enabling it to be used more like a Content Management System (CMS) whilst retaining all the great features of a wiki. This is ideal for creating maintainable websites, intranets and other online services which require organisational branding to ensure adoption by your end-users.

Community Bubbles plugin
Our Community Bubbles plugin is now entering public beta. If you've ever wanted forums, social networking, community management, portals and widgets in your wiki, look no further!
Bespoke Solutions
We have made quite a name for ourselves by providing a wide range of Bespoke Solutions, especially for Confluence and more recently JIRA and Crowd.
Our most well known bespoke solution is plugin development. We've released numerous open source plugins – so many that we subsequently developed the Confluence Plugin Repository which won us first prize in Atlassian's 2006 Codegeist contest and has since become a standard feature of Confluence itself!
Our plugin development services might not be the cheapest, but our skills are in high demand and deliver results. You always get the full source code and ownership of any plugins we develop on receipt of full payment.
We also offer theme customisation services for Confluence, but it's a very popular service so be sure to start talking us a few months in advance of when you will need the work doing.
