Introducing the Adaptavist Support Codes

Having over 2000 global sales of your products certainly makes you feel appreciated, although it comes with a substantial challenge with the scale of support requests that come with it. We have spent time reflecting on how we can better serve our customers and deal with the requests more efficiently and effectively - so, may I introduce the [Adaptavist Support Codes].

All support codes take the form of SC-XXXX-XXXX where X are uppercase letters/numbers. A copy of your support code has been added to the [Customer Support Portal] against the ticket that delivered your product license key. We have a mechanism for [retrieving a lost support code], should the notification not make it to you or be otherwise missing in action.

When [creating a support ticket] you will be asked to enter your support code which, while entirely optional, if entered will allow us to respond to your request far quicker, ultimately resulting in a quicker resolution.
