Adaptavist Announce Content Formatting Macros v1.4
We're pleased to announce a new version of our Content Formatting Macros...
Version 1.4 is primarily a maintenance release (bug fixes, etc), however we did manage to add a new and rather useful macro...
The new align macro allows you to align content in the following ways:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aliquam fermentum vestibulum est. Cras rhoncus. Donec volutpat eleifend augue. Integer gravida sodales leo. Nunc vehicula neque ac erat. Vivamus non nisl. Fusce ac magna. Suspendisse euismod libero eget mauris.
A simple macro, yet it makes content layout far easier ![]()
Adaptavist Announce Updates to Page Tree Macro
(actually, it was several days ago, but we've not had time to post)
Adaptavist have recently updated the Open Source pagetree macro to add some new features...
If you've not seen the macro before, this is what it looks like:

It creates a dynamic site map anywhere in your content. Originally designed by Atlassian for use in Confluence's site map, William Jones & Zohar Melamed created a plugin version that could be added to any page to provide an interactive navigation tool.
Adaptavist have taken the work done to date and added the following new features and enhancements:
- Allow pages to be sorted by title, creation and modified date
- Allow excerpts to be displayed against page titles
- Removed ugly white border from items so that the tree now looks nicer on non-white backgrounds.
- Enabled multiple page trees to be used on the same page (eg. to show different sections of a website)
