Getting More from Confluence
Get hands-on with advanced user and space administration features.
Delivery mode: Live or virtual classroom
Format: 3.5 hour live online classroom session (web conference plus hands-on exercises).
What will you learn?
In this course, attendees will learn to complete advanced user and space administration tasks that help them succeed when implementing a Confluence environment in their organisation.
This course continues where Getting Started with Confluence ended and covers power-user features. They explore how to create and configure spaces, including the space’s look and feel. As part of the space administration process, you learn how to manage users and permissions within a space. Explore macros and work with apps, including Confluence Questions, Confluence Team Calendars, and Gliffy, as a way to create rich content in Confluence.
You will learn to work with the product requirements blueprint and learn how to create a link to a JIRA issue. You will then get hands-on experience modifying a blueprint.
Using the advanced features covered in this course, you’ll be able to use Confluence to its fullest extent – during your organisation’s adoption phase and beyond, helping teams create content and collaborate.
